Oracle Property Manager is part of the Oracle Real Estate Management solution. It provides with tools to manage real estate tasks, such as property administration, space allocation and most importantly lease management. Since this module can be used both by landlord and tenants to manage lease clause information, critical real estate dates and milestones for property leases, this module meets fully the needs of corporate real estate management, commercial property management, retail or franchise operations and investment real estate companies.
While interacting with real estate majors GTS realized the need for additional extensions to cover the processes related to Sale of real estate units and actions taken prior to signing the lease contract.

Functionalities covered by GTS PropertyApps
GTS PropertyApps System is meant to compliment the Oracle offering as it is fully integrated with different modules in the Oracle E-Business Suite. GTS has a roadmap for PropertyApps in terms of new features and releases based on customer feedback, industry knowledge and directions, and Oracle Applications features and directions. PropertyApps is aligned with Oracle Applications so it doesn’t duplicate what Oracle offers, yet it compliments.
