Services (GTS), the IT subsidiary of ENOC, has recently
won a contract from Sharjah Islamic Bank to upgrade
its HR system by installing the state-of-the-art Oracle
Human Resources Management System (HRMS) software.
GTS will implement various components
of Oracle HRMS including core HR, Payroll, HR Self
Service, HR Intelligence, and i-Recruitment. The implementation
involves challenging timelines and GTS is geared up
to accomplish this project in the desired period.
Commenting on this significant win,
Ram Mohan, GTS said: “We are pleased to have
won the Sharjah Islamic Bank deal after tremendous
competition. Our extensive experience in executing
complex HRMS implementations and our reference implementation
of Oracle HRMS with First Gulf Bank were critical
differentiators that gave us the winning edge in this
deal.”

Islamic Bank has been adding new talent and staff
to manage the increasing activities of the bank. The
upgrade will provide automation aimed at modernizing
and enhancing efficiency of the HR systems.
