Highlights of the GTS Skill-Sets

o On an average, Functional Consultants have a minimum of two full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Applications
o Technical Consultants have on an average a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementation experience. In addition they posses between 8 and 20 inbound/outbound interface development and implementation experience
o Developers on 6I / Developer 2000 have an experience ranging between 4 and 9 years on Oracle Development Tools
o Database Administrator has both Oracle Apps DBA and Database DBA experience ranging between 4 and 6 years.
o Project Managers have an average relevant experience of about 8 years.

Our Unique Experience
GTS has been entering new functional areas whenever we see an opportunity. When Oracle launched its new maintenance suite of modules (eAM) GTS was the first implementation partner who signs a large eAM implementation project. Subsequent to that we have virtually participated in all major eAM implementation in the region. GTS consultants mastered the eAM implementation to the extent that we have provided technical feedback to Oracle development team to improve the application functionalities and also to remove technical errors and bugs.
Currently we are working closely with Oracle Corporation in designing the solution foot print for Property Solution. GTS ahs designed the solution requirements for large property developer such as Nakheel. This type of work gives us cross functional domain experience which is important for ensuring that the customer requirements are met without making any major customization and at the same time processes designed are simple to use and easy to implement.

Industry Knowledge
GTS being part of large Oil & Gas organization (ENOC) carries in depth knowledge of the O&G industry. GTS has implemented Oracle application for ENOC and all of its subsidiaries whether they from Oil upstream or down stream side. GTS has developed industry specific KPI’s for ENOC which provides quick review of ENOC’s day-to-day operations.
Over the period of years we have participated in multiple implementation projects for large Steel manufacturing companies. This is an important industry knowledge which is developed over period of couple years. We have developed Best Business Practices for steel manufacturing industry especially in the area of manufacturing and maintenance.
