It seamlessly integrates with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application and is a powerful data reporting and printing tool. The product allows high volume service organizations to manage their data repository and generate outputs such as bills, letters, statements, and critical business reports in an efficient and timely manner to communicate with customers. The application is bilingual supporting both Arabic and English languages and outputs in various formats like PDF, MS Excel, or XML to dispatch channels such as Email, SMS or Bulk mail through multiple channels.

  Bill Printing
  This module is an end-to-end solution to extract billing data, generate and dispatch bills without user interaction. It provides seamless integration with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application and a powerful configuration tool to define schedules and output modes. Bulk billing is automated and dispatched via postal, email or B2C online portal channels to customers.
  
  Statement Printing
  This module facilitates the automatic generation of account statements for corporate customers. For large organizations it provides immense benefits in communicating and managing debt of customers efficiently. With minimal user intervention statements can be generated, extracted and printed within minutes.
  
  Letter Printing
  This module provides the ability for online display and bulk dispatch of letters. Letters are created using pre-defined templates for each customer contact type in Oracle CC&B. Batch generation and bulk dispatch of payment reminders or disconnection notices can also be done. In online mode, business users can generate and display letters on a real-time basis.
  
  Online Clearance Letter
  This module allows the online generation of clearance letters for review and can be exported as PDF or printed immediately.
  
  Email & SMS Dispatch
  The email application is used to notify customers about their statements, bills, letters and related correspondence via generated emails. This service is completely customizable and generic email messages can be configured using templates. This module can be configured to inform the customer through SMS once the bill has been produced. The custom SMS message can be in either Arabic or English language.
